Ken Mensio, CEBS-National Account Executive
Ken is currently a Strategic Planning Employee Benefits Consultant with CSI Benefits. He brings to CSI Benefits a broad experience base that includes founding his own company, KM Consulting Group, Inc., as well as holding managerial positions within other organizations, and serving clients through a variety of sales and service roles.
In addition to Ken's management responsibilities, his duties included sales and service of key employee benefit corporate clients, market research, benefit analysis, financial analysis, due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions, implementation of employee benefit programs, and employee communication strategies.

Rhonda McConnell, Vice President of Account Management
As an original member of the firm, Rhonda brings over 20 years of experience in the design, implementation, administration and
communication of group employee benefits. Her background includes extensive service experience in group medical, dental, life, long term disability and short term disability plans. Her current role at CSI Benefits as Vice President of Account Management is in the management of large accounts. Prior to CSI Benefits, Rhonda served as the Manager of Lincoln National's customer service
department in Houston, Texas.

Donald Huge, M.D., Vice President/National Medical Director
The Medical Management Unit is responsible for measuring vendors' medical
performance, quality assurance and appropriateness of care against specified plan
performance expectations. This unit is also responsible for our Wellness and Patient Advocacy programs. Dr. Huge joined CSI Benefits consulting practice after a long and distinguished career in both private practice and managed care. Dr. Huge graduated from Baylor University and did his internship and residency at Hermann Hospital, with one year at M.D. Anderson Hospital. Prior to joining CSI as a Medical Director, he practiced urology for 23 years.
Dr. Huge is the past president of American College of Medical Quality. He is certified by the American Board of Utilization Review Physicians. He is a member of the Editorial Board of The Journal of the American College of Medical Quality, the College of Physician Executives, the Texas Medical Association, the American Medical Association, and the Harris County Medical Association.

Alan M. Fisherman, Medical Director
Dr. Fisherman is currently Associate Medical Director of Chapman Schewe. Dr. Fisherman has also served as acting Associate Medical Director of HMO Texas (Texas Choice Sierra Health Plan). Prior to coming to Chapman Schewe Inc., Dr. Fisherman
was in the private practice of Anesthesiology for 19 years.

Armand Dilanchian, R.Ph B.S., Senior Pharmacy Consultant
Armand is a clinically trained pharmacist with over 17 years of experience in Managed Care and Pharmacy Benefit Management. He came to the firm from Physicians Health Plan, where he was the Vice President of Pharmacy and Physician Network Management. Prior to that he was the Director of Pharmacy and Ancillary Services for FHP of Texas. Armand graduated from the University of Utah, College of Pharmacy. After earning his degree, he led a team of clinical pharmacists in direct patient care.
He was also a clinical adjunct faculty for 3 years at University of Utah College of Pharmacy. He has presented at numerous national programs for pharmacists and has also published many articles.

Deborah Carey, Director, Client Services-Pharmacy
Deborah has over 20 years of healthcare management experience. She directed product development, market research and
managed care departments for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Iowa and South Dakota, and helped launch a physician-owned health insurance company in SE Texas as Vice President of Operations. Recently, she served as Vice President Business Development for API, a Houston firm focusing on Organizational Development Consulting and Behavioral Health-EAP services. Deborah holds a Masters degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Harry Chapman, CEO & Chairman
A founding member of the firm, Harry's primary role and responsibility is devoted to contract negotiation and diligence analysis of potential and suitable vendors for CSI Benefits' customers. He occasionally consults with provider organizations that deliver medical services, HMOs, and insurance companies to assist them in developing and operating their managed care strategies. Prior to creating the practice, he served as a Corporate Senior Vice President and Managed Care Officer of CIGNA's South Central Region with responsibilities for HMO and PPO plans in several states. Prior to that position, he was head of EQUICOR's Health Plan and sales operation in Houston, Regional Vice President for Lincoln National Life Insurance Company's Central Region and Regional Manager for Lincoln's Employee Benefit Office in Houston.

Daniel J. Schewe, CLU, Vice Chairman
A founding member of the firm, Dan represents clients across a broad spectrum in the negotiation and ongoing management of their Employee Benefit Programs. These Benefit Programs include Life, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Medical and Dental plans. His expertise in funding these plans covers the entire range including traditional pooled rating, retention
accounting, minimum premium, and self-funding with or without specific and aggregate stop-loss protection. He is experienced in medical delivery models including traditional indemnity, Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO), Exclusive Provider Organizations (EPO) and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) on both a discounted-fee-for-service and capitated basis. Prior to the creation of CSI Benefits, he served as the Regional Director of Employee Benefits for Lincoln National Life, managing their Houston, San Antonio and Austin offices. Prior to that position, he was Vice President of Sales for Entrust (a Houston based TPA) and held
several positions with Lincoln National.

Richard Nevins, CPA, President and a Principal
Richard is one of the original founders of CSI. As a National Account Executive, Richard is instrumental in the analysis, recommendation,
implementation and service of various types of employee benefit programs including medical, life, disability, dental, 401k and various voluntary products. Prior to joining CSI, Richard was a CFO for several mid-size companies.
